Yes, apparently there is literally only one thing that a person has to know in order to be an expert marksman.
And that 'one thing' can be learned by a nine year old in less than ten seconds of explanation.
I hereby propose that Grampa's name is "Colonel." Not for any reference to fried chicken, but because he looks like he ought to have a beret and a uniform on, with most of his chest obscured by bars and medals. Perhaps issuing an ultimatum via radio to a wild-eyed John Rambo.
