I don't know...arrange marriage seemed to work out better for people than divorce marriage we today have.

I like how the female looked like she didn't really want to be there or something, like she wasn't sure of what she was doing (just look at how she smiles) XD

Of course I'm not really for arranged marriages. However, studies have shown, they last longer and produce a stronger family structure.

Lots of people are compatible. Often it comes down to commitment. Arrange marriage assumes the two parties will make a commitment to the marriage and thus discover their compatibility. Western marriage assumes only compatible and committed people fall in love. Give people power to walk away from commitment and all too often they will. That said, many arranged marriages only work out because one party makes all the commitment and doesn't feel free to walk away. Moral of story, it's not about arrangement or love, it's about friendship and mutual commitment.

I've been happily married for 10 years now. Not arranged. I had a friend from Laos who's parents arranged his marriage. He was completely against... until he met the girl. Then he completely changed his mind.
