Subterfuge is like a combination of Chess and Stratego. To win you must kill your opponent’s leader. If you lose your own leader, you lose the game. Click on a unit to select it, and then click on the square where you want to move it to or attack. When a unit is selected you can read about it in the right panel. The AI doesn’t cheat, but will figure out your units based on how they perform (i.e. if it loses an Enforcer, it knows you have either another Enforcer or an Assassin).

    I had the same problem as Seto Kaiba. I was on the level with the two leaders and when they were the only things left the game froze and then said you have been defeated when i still had a lot of pieces left.

    You probably had a bell phone. You wouldn't have seen them unless you opened it up, but the ringers in the old rotary dial phones were two small bells with a mallet in between them that would hammer back and forth.

    A much more pleasant sound than a Lil Wayne ringtone if you ask me.
