    Argentina went uninfected for me, but that was because I did not wait for it to be infected. Buy sneezing and Fever for virus, then wait for another country to become infected and then sell sneezing and wait. Once everyone is infected, do your own thing with the symptom combos and kill the world. I started with the resistances. Oh and make sure to get drug level 4 before they start on the vaccine. It will buy you the most time. Oh and as a added tip, the more you add to your disease, the less evolution points you get. Also remember that your virus needs to infect first and then kill.
