No...this is not real. NASA does have a urine recycler, very cool, and clean, but this video is just for fun.

nika's the cheeseburger expert and from the look on her face after eating the one in the can, I think perhaps there was a bit of urine in it.

I think having urine with that cheeseburger might actually improve its taste.
