That's nothing. In Canada we do this in 3 feet of snow, while riding polar bears, blind-folded, and drunk out of our minds. And that's just on Sundays!

Yeah, that seems a little more intense. Granted the guy is attached to that wire thing, but who knows how safe that is.
It would be as crazy as the last clip if he was casually strolling along it, unattached to the safety wire/chain. But bonus points for material that rots away much quicker than cement.

I had to do this for about 8 feet on a swiss mountain, and I thought that was bad.
