Lol! I doubt it's actors. I've watched a lot of Judge Judy. That show doesn't need actors. People are insane. Love watch Judge Judy kicking their asses. :)
So, my mom and sister once got dragged into Judge Judy... It was all cue-cards and scripts, and all of the shots were done in 10-second bits, so what we see is really just a load of Hollywood-hooey.
