Sorry, that's annoying. There's nothing in the actual video that would be copyrighted, but they overdubbed it with 'Crazy Train', which I guess Sony decided only Americans are allowed to listen to.

For you dang furrners: it's a lightweight helicopter - looks like a Robinson R44 - with a long tether hanging from it. At the end of the tether is a gigantic bar, upon which are mounted several large circular saw blades driven by a big engine at the top of the saw unit. The helicopter flies carefully along the treeline, cutting stray limbs that are growing too close to the power lines.
