Finding Santa

Find the specific santas identified at the beginning of each level before time runs out. When you find one, click on it with the mouse. You can scroll around the room by moving your mouse to the edges of the screen, and zoom in and out using the magnifying glass buttons in the upper left. Click on doors and panels to reveal more santas hidden underneath.
