    Use the vertical belt and dip in paint.
    Remove vertical, put on small horizontal, and scrape.
    Dip the ball into the paint, add vertical belt and scrape.
    Remove vertical add large horizontal and scrape.
    Add vertical dip in the paint, remove the belts, and done.

    Errr...Level 6: Put on horizontal belt - dye black - take off belt - put on vertical belt - dye black - put on horizontal belt (so you have both belts on) - use tool to chip off paint and make white again - take off belts
