Thought we humans are capable of many great things, I think we bring much more terror to our world than any other species, and we destory all that we love just out of hate and desire.
Also, at about 2:10, there is a shot of that alien-like-island, a post on this site some year or two ago.

This video makes me sad, or better said melancholy. I realize it's supposed to be inspiring but...

It's Carl Sagan. He was a bright man but prone to "idiotic claptrap". In this case the juxtaposition with those "nice images" seemed to have a negative effect on me.

I fixed it. Sorry about that. My laptop screen developed an awesome new horizontal white line across it last night and I got distracted.

Carl Sagan's voice is so calming and inspiring.
