You're right, that is *exactly* how my dog would sound- except she would mention food a lot more. And by that I mean she would say only 'food' all the time.

Dogs are indeed awesome.
However, I'm sure my dog wouldn't be as concerned with food as much as he would say "You are not petting me, that is a problem." all the time.
