Read the instructions before each surgery. Click the instruments on the bottom to select them. Look for arrows and stars to give you tips on what to do next. Your patient will stay alive longer if sedated. Keep giving him Whiskey! If you screw up a surgery you can try again, and your game will automatically save your progress. There are eight special achievements you can collect.

    Also, whiskey seems to make your will to live go down the chutes, so take a shot of whiskey, boost your will, take a shot, boost, till your about full with both.
