Now if you can teach the cat to bring back food with it, that's one more reason never to leave the apartment.
Necessity is the mother of invention and this is a good way to kill yet another cat!
Although it seems useless at first if a zombie apocalypse were to come I think this invention would definitely come in handy for receiving resources.
