This entire game is easy I can get to tear after tear without dieing, you can also take breaks, the game pauses so just do that if you have to do that.

i find that to get a good high score on any game you have to be A) good at it B) have the attention span for it or C) a good set of music to play while playing..me i went with c cause nonethings better than killing squares with some rage agenest the machines or pearl jam going

Lol, I think it is hilarious that a couple people that will remain nameless, have decided that since they are terrible at this game, they are going to belittle the people that do have half a brain and can get a score above 20 points.
