Atom Juggler

Use your mouse to navigate the paddle left and right and keep the atoms bouncing for as long as possible. Earn enough points to level up and juggle another atom. If you miss too many atoms, the green bar will go to zero and you lose. Press P to pause the game and spend your hit points on powerups.

The trick is use the thick paddle constantly, and whenever you're just about to die use the 2x score - which in turn makes you level up and increase your lifebar.
