Wow, well into the tens of BILLIONS. Hey, 45 minutes is about how long it took for me to get my highscore on Zero! Except that was way more difficult (to figure out and execute), and it took about 55 minutes.

Well that round itself was only about 45 minutes long, but getting all the upgrades probably took a couple hours, yeah.
