Beating this was easy. All I did was use the money that I was supposed to use to revive James on Thunder magic. And then I gave the JRPG blade to the smelly guy. And gave everyone else Thunder. Boom bada bing DONE. Seriously. I didn't even get hit by any bosses after the one winged bat.
If nobody already said it, you can get the secret achievements by waiting at the beginning of the game before the first battle until the composer starts talking, then wait after he finishes to get the last one.
Well one wing things bad sentence structure. Oh ya and ff3 sepharoth. I wonder why it would remind you of ff?

For some reason this reminds me of final fantasy.
ANyone reminded of a certain game where you play as an elephant? This seems like the rpg version of that.

Don't you like the music in the game? Don't you want to hear the overworld theme before getting into your first encounter?
Oh I tried that, Smithereens. But I quit after 2 minutes, so I could not get that achievement.
Awesome game! I can't play too long though, because my computer shuts itself down. Oh, but I like this game.
I bet there is a secret achievement for getting bored and quitting before the first battle ended because beating purple blobs with rolled up newspapers gets boring after 10 min. I guess I will never find out.
dear mick: you've not got any clue what you're talking about. nor will i be sucked into being all "ooOOoo how do i do them". i imagine they're fake achievements.
The song at the end was certainly not as rewarding as completing portal. I fished the game once, without using any magic, but don't really feel like another playthrough just for the achievements.

Beat it. First try. And it's called 'Still Alive' ADMIN. and it's not about the cake. I've gotten the cake and escaped from Aperture Laboratories.
dang. i couldn't get the secret acheivements. i figured playing a full game with the sound turned off would work for one of them but nope. oh well. im a failure.
