I was originally calling 2009 The Year of the Physics Puzzle Games, however I am now officially changing 2009 to be The Year of the Jumping/Throwing and Upgrading In Between Games. Somebody please let China know – I’d do it myself but it’s my morning mocha time over here. |

Got to Moon in day 12, Mars in 17.
Nice game, I liked it as much as the first one.
My hedgehog hasn't comedown for the past 2o minutes.
After getting to the moon, on returning to earth I made enough upgrades that the initial launch was enough to get to the moon.
I think the whole solar system would be harder because the asteroid belt past mars and saturn's rings.
once completing the game, I like playing it with a different set of objectives: I get myself up as high as possible using just my comrades and the emergency rockets. Once as high as I can get myself, I switch the mindset of the game:
You're in an alternate universe where everyone is a hedgehog, and you are a Superhero that has been flung into space in some super villains death trap, and now you have to try and make your way back solidly onto Terra Firma before your air supply runs out. The Bumper fields created to keep you from returning to earth are bad, so you must try your best to avoid them. You only have three parachutes to allow you better control of your decent, but they slow you down.
Try and get back to earth in the shortest amount of time.
My best time was 2:50.93 from 42363 feet up
i managed to get to Mars in 2 days, i don't think its possible to get to mars on day 1 due to no radar
yeah wish they would cover the whole solar system.
if only the story let you go farther then mars..... TO INFINITY AND BEYOND XD
Got to 100000 feet before I got bored at which point I just let the go of the controls. Took him six minutes to fall down. *yawn*

High scores for this game would be neat. If they where earned by most money per launch.
I'm sure if someone had enough patience they could keep the hedgehog up there indefinatly.
I still like the Penguin one better.
1.2 billion $ launches when in the first game I was still struggling to put shoes on the little guy. Good game. Just more of a coffee break than a lunch break. Though Launches can take HOURS if you let them.

time: 29 mins, 11 secs. (but the timer seemed to run slow, I was at it longer)
earned me 28.5 million

i like that song too i wonder what it is.
once you get to the moon the music does funny things to me in places i never knew existed. i want that song to be played at every major event in my life.
from 200K feet it took 11 mins to free fall all the way back Xd
Didn't do particularly much upgrading, nor did I do very good flights.. then I somehow made it to the moon, then on to Mars in the same go, in just 9 days.. so.. yeah..
In free play with every upgrade but Gravity Killer. I have him going extreme right and there's no end in sight.
I'm not really playing anything at this point.

This game was too easy though, took the fun out of it.
Super easy. I just didn't like the crazy long flights. Mad fun though.

I loved the first one, and I can't imagine how you could make launching a hedgehog into space more fun than it already was.
Damn 50 minutes and still flying.

moon in 5 days mars in 7 days...sorry to spoil...way too easy
cool game! I like this one better than the first one. Better upgrades, however, once I got to the moon, I had collected enough money to upgrade EVERYTHING. One more launch, a good comrade ditch, and I bounced hard off the surface of Mars. Would've been nice to be able to upgrade more and if it was a little bit harder to beat the game
