    For those of you that haven't seen it, the Mitchell & Webb series Peepshow is probably the best British comedy of recent times. Definitely check it out.

    Well, you were safe and sound in Belgium- on the other side of the iron curtain.
    Meanwhile on this side people were disappearing, tortured and imprisoned for no reason bigger than singing a patriotic song in the privacy of their own home, censorship reached the whole new level, and people like Nikolai Ceausescu had a blast.

    I definitely find this funny, but if I had to choose who did more damage to Europe: Axis alliance in 6 years of war, or Russians in 45 years of iron curtain- I would go for the latter.
