Children’s programming just gets crazier and crazier. The bright neon-colored antics of Nick Jr.’s Yo Gabba Gabba! just might give the Japanese a run for their money. |

I love that show! it's always on at like 2:30 for me. i may be a little to old to watch that show but Brobee is the best(the green one with long arms) if anyone likes the show buy the toy microphone.
I thought childrens television was supposed to help them learn, not encocourage them to use LSD
I can't wait to see the generation that this spawns!
This is in desperate need of some gabbar...
The show The Soup (on the E! channel, it's awesome) has been making fun of Yo Gabba Gabba for a while now. The Soup has a website of its own with clips, but since I'm lazy here's the link to proof on youtube that I am telling the truth. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MdkQBmdz5Lw

Oh flava flave how i love your giant clock fetish
Nick Jr.'s carrying around his sweet boom box takes me back to a time when all the crazy kids were break-dancing on the sidewalks with cardboard.
It also reminds me of the old-school 1989 classic Spike Lee joynt (movie) "Do the Right Thing" character, Radio Raheem.
For some reason whenever I watch(ed) that movie I get these cravings to have a slice of pizza (when you see it you'll understand).
It also featured several now-well-known actors including John Turturro, Rosie Perrez, Danny Aiello and Ossie Davis. Also included were, of course, Mr. Spike Lee himself and one of the earlier vintage performances by none other than Samuel L. Jackson as the radio DJ Mister Senor Love Daddy.
The soundtrack is also a classic with such now-familiar church hymns as Public Enemy's "Fight the Power".
