Modern Toilet is a chain of scatological-themed restaurants in Taiwan, where the patrons sit on toilets and eat off of covered sinks and bathtubs.

Food usually ends up in the toilet anyway, so why not eat from them to begin with?

And if that business goes down the toilet, you can always say: "Which one?"

"... Yes i think the idea of eating out of miniature toilet bowls is very fresh and exciting, it reminds me of when i was a little girl..."

P.S. Strawberry eating while ******* isn't that disgusting, sometimes when i get home from class i have 15 minutes to get ready for work and dont have time to relieve myself so sometimes i end up eating in the bathroom

"I've never eaten on a toilet before, even at home!"

Why would that thought of doing that EVER cross your mind? Seriously, that's just... nasty.

It brings a whole new meaning to the expression "This food tastes like sh*#".

Seriously though, since toilets are designed to hold up larger people this place might become a favourite with the obese who otherwise might be afraid to break a chair.

Of course I'm fairly sure the toilets aren't functional but for some people, if they were, that would be a huge selling point - the convenience factor - knowing that if you really needed to 'go' you wouldn't have to wait in a queue.

i LOVE IT!! haha that is such a great idea! finally someone willing enough to take a huge leap and think out of the box! i think a lot more restaurants should have a specific theme like this one.. something that is new, fun, and exciting..

No, I'm not squeamish - I'm just afraid that I wouldn't be able to control that Pavlovian reflex provoked by sitting on a toilette.
