On Swing you - very quickly - snap off a triangle without cutting the cord, sending the triangular piece sliding out to the right. Immediately after - in that same second - you have to snap another diagonal line over the piece on the seesaw and make sure that second cut snips the line. That should make for enough weight-release for the seesaw to tip you to the goal.

Lmao at the glitch on the last level: the big block was shuffling along really slowly on the tiniest peice of wood ever. As for level 20 : cut off a small corner of the left hand block (to allow to ball onto the flatform), then when the ball is on, straight away cut off about half of the right hand block, then when the ball is about halfway across the platform you cut off the left hand block completely :)
