V---that my non user friend would be a lie. your fireball is way to big to get in that small hole in level 33.
Omg I got an ace on lvl 33 and you are FORCED to make 2 shots. :P
Finally beat it.
I'm srry. u can disregard the other comment. I UNLOCKED LEVEL D. I beat the game!!
Ugh. I have aced 24 levels and I cant ace anymore. I know that some cannot be aced. But does anyone out there know how to ace any of these levels? 4,6,10,11,16,18,19,20,21,22,26,28,29,30,33,34,35, A, B
thanx
igot to level 27, its a pretty good game. I do like the name though :)
It does work, dude. Your aim is just off a bit. Keep trying.
HOW CAN YOU BEAT LEVEL 6 ITS THE SAME ON THE LEFT AS ON THE RIGHT BUT WHEN YOU MAKE THE FIRST SHOT TO THE RIGHT AND THEN DO THE SAME ON THE LEFT IT DOESNT WORK?!?!?!?!?! YOU CANT DO IT@!!!!!
Finally 100% completion! Congrats to everyone else who has done this, it is a pretty hard task. If anyone wants help on how to get/do level D, here it is.
LEVEL D:
To unlock: get 27 aces
To complete:
Go full power to the crates on the left side, somewhere around the middle crate
Your fireball will ignite the crates and they will light the first and second torches for you.
Your rebound should either
a. bounce right over the middle wall
or b. bounce once then go over the wall
After that, your fireball should land on the fourth torch while setting the crates on fire.
The crates will light the third torch and you just got your 28th ace (or more).
Lucky for you IP trackers don't exist! :)
I am a member but I don't want any of my heinous posts to tarnish my spotless reputation. So suck it dry.
Actually, yes. You do have to be a member for me to take you seriously.
You weren't paying attention, because he could easily be the guy he's saying "don't take anything from so and so", Or he could be the so and so, Or he could be cyn, which we know isn't qualified to cheer someone on.
Why doesn't it mean a single thing coming from a GUEST Jonathon? So you have to be a MEMBER to for your posts to mean something? I think not. And cynnicysm is a member, but writes in as a guest because he said hes too lazy to sign in
Hey, that doesn't mean a single thing coming from a guest, felis is ***. You could be dajimen, you could be felis, you could be cyncycm. It means apsolutely NOTHING coming from them.
damijin is the ******* man! Felis is just another one of those internet flamers who couldn't throw a ball, let alone a punch. Great game, damijin!
"People like the guy who made this game should not be encouraged, they should be either set on fire themselves, via aforementioned flaming bowling ball (poetic justice at work), or stoned. I will give warm and heartfelt thanks to anyone who can deliver me this asshole (dead or alive) to me (or a large number of enraged wild carnivorous beasts)."
Hi Felis20!
My name is Michael Gribbin, I created Pyro under my online handle, "damijin".
I live at 404 Buttonwood Street, Hamilton NJ, 08619.
Feel free to drop by, Internet tough guy!
Thanks for the kind words everyone, I really appreciate it. We enjoyed making the game and we're happy with the level of success. It's my second game ever, and I'm happy to say that the revenue it has generated has exceeded expectations and will help us develop our next title!
Peace
@felis20: wow you really took the time to type all that?
in a way the videos were all the same, but yet so, so different.
I like the videos :)
I beat the game, got 18 aces, and 3 of the 4 secret levels
fun game loved it
yey that was qwite an easy game the last level was one of the easyist but realy good game well done mike n greg :/ lol.
felis20, ITS A GAME. get over it. if people want to play it then let them, if you think its stupid, don't. i personally liked it. you remind me of a good saying: fighting on the internet is like being in the special olympics, even if you win your still retarded.
Love this game i like level 40 it says cheers its really to beat i beat the game in 30 min.
ROFL AT THE END "and you burned a lot of ****"
On level 27 I bounce off the left wall and then the boxes and at the right angle it goes straight through the hole.
I am stuck on level 27
any help?
I beat the game!!!!!! That last part was really cheesy with the boxes spelling out cheers
I love this game, but its a bit too easy.
CHEERS!
Ace level 19 for secret level D, now I have 28 aces and 100% completion. ^_^
Who lights their hair on FIRE???!!!!
not a bad game, a little addicting, but i still haven't figured out the powerups, lol.
felis20, i'm gonna have to disagree with you; i really didn't like Halo 2 and 3 as much as the first. Halo 3 has gotten really bad now, as i've ha dit for so long it's boring, it's still a little buggy, it's fairly laggy, the maps are still bad, and so on and so forth.
letchey, first off it's learning curve. Curb wouldn't make any sense. Second, that's not quite true. There is a small amount of strategy involved. Random firing doesn't work. Anyway, after beating the game I can safely say that it really wasn't that great. I have to agree with Letchey on the score that, as I've said before and as I sadly feel I'll probably be compelled to say again: graphics, plot or at least cursory explanation are the hallmarks of a good game. At least QWOP was kind of self explanatory, but this? why/when the hell would this happen? I am willing to accept an alternative reality, I am willing to suspend my disbeleif, but this? I have the same problem with the bloons series of games, although that I kind of understand. It's so ridiculous it's funny, and since it's become popular creating more bloons-themed games has become obligatory, but this kind of random **** is starting to piss me off. On a sort-of related note, a good fire-related game is Playing With Fire. I found it a few years back and it doesn't have amazing graphics or a particularly developed storyline, but it's addictive as hell. With that game the premise is blow the other player the **** up before he does the same to you, but what annoys me about this game is the lack of a why. Why the hell are you lighting these torches? Did they do something to you? And while we're on the subject, what the hell is it that you're throwing? Based on the sound effects that are in this game I'd guess a flaming bowling ball. Now why did the sonofabitch who made this game think that throwing a flaming bowling ball at torches in what appears to be a 2-dimensional dungeon would explain itself? How much crack was the guy who made this game on when he decided no intro was necessary? People like the guy who made this game should not be encouraged, they should be either set on fire themselves, via aforementioned flaming bowling ball (poetic justice at work), or stoned. I will give warm and heartfelt thanks to anyone who can deliver me this asshole (dead or alive) to me (or a large number of enraged wild carnivorous beasts).
oh, and Spartan: We all know it’s just a game, and I don’t know what motivates Letchey, but personally I post to share my views on the game. In my description, I call on reference, subtle (and not so subtle) implication, and a large dose of hyperbole to drive home my point. I really don’t care about games themselves, but I feel it my responsibility to protect other players from wasting their time.
PS: I also love Halo. Halo 3 is awesome, but Halo 2 was mediocre.
Though somehow I think it did, thanks. I beat the level. =/
i'm stuck on level 39, ugh.
Ninja, that is EXACTLY what I said wouldn't help me!
gees, dude its just a game calm down...god...
ugh, it's okay but it's like Peggal; there is no learning curb you just keep shooting till you get something... You know back in my day games were like books with innovative game play and plot! like reading an electronic book! damn you casual gamers damn you all to virtual hell!
i like this post just for all the fun lighting people on fire videos attached :D
actually i just retried it, its easier if you aim for the torch first. just use trial and error til you get the angle right
it was fun, took me about 20-30 minutes to beat it. for 33 you aim for the blue thing, but you have to angle it right to hit the torch by it, after that you use the tiny blue fire to get the second torch.
What do the green power-ups do?
I'm stuck on 33. If anyone wants to help, the only "help" that would ACTUALLY help would be giving me the exact power and angle for both throws.
You could say something cliche like "oh you just hit the torch and the blue thing then hit the other torch" That wouldn't help worth ****.
Musclemental, You need to get the left torch and the purple bal with your first fireball(i suggest you aim for the torch, eventually you'll get the purple fireball as well),the second (purple) fireball that will be granted to you should be used to light the oher two torches on the right.
That was a fun game. A little too easy though. Unlocked the four secret levels and beat them too. The ending made me laugh pretty good.
When I play this game, I start sweating heavily, get a mild pressure in my chest and my left arm and also my breathing becomes more difficult..anyway..no dry mouth anymore so I do like this one
@#$% level 34! Somebody help me, it is impossible!
fun game, got stuck on lvl 36 though :(
it's probably easy, don't have the patience for it....
I feel like I'm playing a combination of brick bracker and ocarina of time.
I've been playing this game for 5 minutes and I havn't seen any sign of a monkey yet... :D The guideline makes this so much easier than Bloons.
