I'm sorry, but I definitely think it is fake. He would be bleeding like CRAZY if he could get that through his throat. Also, if you watch real careful when it happens, it just looks like the motion of the mic isn't right. Looks cgi. Plus, who the heck would be like, "Hey, he swallowed a whole microphone. I'll go pat him on the back." No there would be mass panic if this were real.

Oh, and also, the mic was in the stand. Even if you wanted to say that the mic went down and disconnected from the stand, either the end of the stand would have to be half way down his throat too or the mic would only be half swallowed. It just wouldn't unlatch and still have enough force to shove its way down the throat.

well, i figured THAT out. check it again, really close. you'll notice that that blurry lady sort of stumbles backwards a bit right as the mic hits that guy in teh back of the throat. (if this isn't fake) she accidentally rammed the mic just as the singer was opening up to inhale and jammed it clean into his neck hole. also, this isn't a particularly large mic i wouldn't say, and singer DO open their mouths very wide when they sing, I feel like he could have very well gotten the whole ball into his throat and still fit the mic in his mouth. (why am i suddenly feeling the overwhelming urge to turn this into a ur mom joke)...anyway, i thought he had sucked it in at first but now thats not true

Sure. Imagine swallowing anything while singing. Imagine swallowing something the size of that mic. Do you seriously think it's possible to do both at the same time?

Imsocool Think about it from a logical perspecitive. Given the length of a typical microphone. First the mic itself is to wide to get past your teeth properly without some force and some breaking. Second, given that the mic used doesn't look flexible and is on a stand, for him to get it down his throat he would have to have his throat lined up right or have a miniature black hole in there to absorb the mic. So really there is no way for that to have worked. Also, I've noticed not only on this site but others that people are refering to the DJ as a girl. For those unfamiliar with older styles of dress, that is in fact a guy (97% sure). Long hair and flashy clothing like that used to be uber popular with guys. Think about any movie you've seen with a disco in it and compare. You'll see ^_^ lol
