Mario Wants a Kiss

Mario Wants a Kiss

As far as I can tell, Seth MacFarlane’s Cavalcade of Cartoon Comedy is just like an episode of Family Guy, only with everything stripped out except the “it’s like the time when…” parts. So yeah, it’s awesome.

Moral: Both parties should have started with a letter of intent. After a few iterations back and forth, followed by a period of due diligence on each other, their lawyers should have gotten together to hammer out a contract for them both to sign. There would still be a lawsuit after the rescue, but at least some lawyers would have made a bit of money.

There's a moral to this story, and I'll come back as soon as I'll be able to articulate it.
