I figured out what was doomed me to get a low score (I did it right when I got 50M) NO STAR SLIDING AT SATERN Goes right past the blue planet and I miss Wizard's Eye and New Horizons. =[

The movie was good, but not great. The movie just couldn't capture the subtle and warped sense of humour of the author. They were a ton of fun to read. I also recently read Starship Titanic by the same author, also comically quirky.
Dancing, You must go horizontal (Left and right) and get as many Nice Entrys as possible in about 1 minute and 45 seconds.
(Over 30 is good) Then, While still going left and right, Go up a bit and hold down, On every starslide you get to jump, You'll go EXTREAMLY fast far up.
The highest I've ever gotten to is "New Horizons" It's right after "Wandering Eye"
After "New Horizons" I'm geussing is the restraunt, But I dunno never gotten higher.

I've gotten to the 'wandering star' on free swim, but i was so close in the regular 2:00 minute version. how can you possibly get 68 million points?? my personal best is around 7 mill. ahhhh it's so addicting :]

No, it's not a lie, it's actually in there. I've been trying to get to that thing since this game was released. As far as I've read elsewhere, there's nothing else beyond it. It is after all, the 'end' of the universe. If you ever read the hitchhiker's series, you'll understand. Wonderful humour in those books.
And yes, on my way down, I stop doing corkscrews and concentrate on my angle of descent. It's correct in that you can't enter in at too steep an angle or you'll bop your nose on the bottom. The timing (of the entry and exit from the water) has to be bang on.

I agree with para it's hard to get that high without being able to use your down arrow key the way I should be able to... damn laptop... But get the horizontal speed so when you come down you can enter the water at 30 degrees... anything past 45 degrees at that height will make you hit the bottom before you can jump again...
To get that high, you first need to build up horizontal speed before going vertical. Then there's the tailslide jump after a couple of starslides to really get the speed going.
Highest I've got is a blue planet and that was in free mode

Is there any trick besides getting a 17-uple nice landing? PLUS everytime I even get CLOSE I hit the ground in .02 seconds when I hit the water!….
If you can get high enough you can see a purple planet on the left side about the size of Uranus but that's all i've seen so far... I'll get a screen shot of it sometime...

I've only seen one thing obove the nebulous (It is hard to get that high!) It's a giant grey planet that gives you the bonus "Wandering Star"

I just realized that this is almost exactly the same as the dolphin olympics game.
@Iamarealloser dolphins do not need water to breathe, they don't have gills, but yes, they still need oxygen
Um.. I still think dolphins would imploded (from 14 year old knowledge) if flying in space. But that asided, why would a dolphin want to go in to space? But the major question is why while in space would they want to go to a resurant in space? And besides from that, he/she/it would die from lack of oxygen, and they need water! But he/she/it probibly went to the resurant to order a nice big glass of water! Do they charge for water in space?

Woohoo! Finally, after ages of trying, I flew past the Restaurant at the end of the Universe.
I had a score of over 2.7m with a multiplier over 40.

Um.. I've got a logical question. Wouldn't a dolphin implode in space? But it's probibly a magic dolphin. Yeah, now I get it! Dolphins are magic! I learned something by playing a game! Wow!
It's a good game, but I'm terrible at it. And, in defense of Admin, there are fish in the game. So it fits in with fish week.

i dont think i understood the point. are you suposed to try to get points by doing tricks or are you suposed to escape the little fish that follow you? either way those little freacked me out.

to get high, you have to fly hugh, by getting a lot of nice entries, and keep a continous strain, if you get a starslide it's really good, i didn't and i got 2.6
