Thunder globes are great for bosses and the bigger airships. When they level up they are more powerful and firefaster. Rocket launchers are still slower than the thunder globes after leveling up.

The globes are really effective when massed against the stage bosses.

What's the deal with the thunder globes?
They cost the most of any weapon building.
They fire nearly as slowly as the rocket launchers.
And they don't cause nearly as much damage as the rocket launchers.
Is there some secret to getting the most out of them?

Raven, try to build as much tower as possible in front of u once u reached wave 12.

The shark balloon appears on the last wave (guess tht u alrdy figured it out..)

* Yr prestige point might takes a heavy toll if using this move, but it just get the job done...

nad yea.. upgrade yr main flak to at least lvl 4 in each category.. (thts wht i did)..

hey raven, make sure uve upgraded ur main flak gun alot. u pretty much just need alot of firepower to take out the shark blimp. using all of the air support at once helps 2.

I love this game. Don't forget to go back to past battles to bring up the ranking, you level up quicker that way. And a battle tip, If you have a lot of buildings, put a freeze ray in front of them so you know when the balloons are getting close you and you can stop them accordingly. and if its a tough level, put one freeze ray in front of your main flak as a last defence so you can slow them down. It works! Trust me, I'm a doctor.

I can't seem to beat the big shark balloon... I have 5-6 rocket launcher racked up and I send the kamikaze planes as often as I can but I just can't kill it! Any tips?

Fluffen, you first need to buy the units. You do that in the Upgrades tab which you can get to from the map view or the main menu. Once you've bought the unit, you have to wait for it to 'charge up' before you can deploy it, just like for the air raids.
