Rankosaurus is a cool new tool for capturing, organizing, and sharing screenshots of highscores you get in online games. From now on, all highscore screenshot submissions on Dig Your Own Grave will have to be done using Rankosaurus. To celebrate, the leaderboards for Ragdoll Avalanche and Cubefield have been cleared. So check out Rankosaurus and go get some medals!

You have to submit the score on the DYOG game page (there's a 'Submit your own highscore' link under the games to the right).

If that's still not working, message me.

No guess work required. Her and I exchange emails quite frequently.

We need an email address to associate your account with. That way you can prove your identity in the event that you forget your password or need help with your account. We never email you unless you email us first. I'd be surprised if you could find a site that doesn't require an email address to make an account.

The nika thing was a slip-up. Who'd have guessed she was into short fat ugly guys?

I have to say that all this time I had the account, Admin has never emailed me- so you don't have to be afraid of that.
Only those few pics in the beginning, but once I explained him that tall dark and handsome is not my type, he stopped. :P

Why exactly do you need an email address? Do you email me?

there's plenty of fun to be had without showing off your amazing skills and scores! think of the personal pride!
you're like that one quiet cowboy in the back of the saloon who could take anyone but no one knows who you are.
Be clint eastwood, party on.

"a few cheaters"? Sorry Spanky, you have no idea what you're talking about. It was a plague of cheaters, and it was draining too much of my time dealing with them. But I respect your decision not to want to install new software. We'll just have to have fun without you ;)

It's online games. Who cares if there are a few cheaters. I refuse to put a software on my computer to do screen shots. Looks like I don't have a reason to visit this site anymore. Sorry to say that because it was fun.

Oh, great. I'm running Firefox on a Mac, so I'm basically screwed. What a day.

Believe me guys, I'd love to have a slick Mac version of the screen grabber, but I've only got two hands and I have to set priorities. Mac users currently make up less than 5% of the DYOG audience.

But hey, if any of you are Mac programmers and have some free time... drop me an email :)

As do I.
Not that I'm not used to mac users getting the short end of the stick, it just gets really old. -.-

I'm with nika on this one. I don't really play the games...I like the videos. I have been spending more time on Fantastica than here for that reason.

Yeah, from school i cant submit scores, but oh well.

Ah, tough love.
I won't be able to submit from work, but since gaming is not my number one reason for visiting DYOG I'm not very upset.
As long as I can still make fun of people I'll be fine. :P

For the past year I have had to deal with cheaters submitting edited screenshots on almost a daily basis. The amount of time I have wasted on these people makes me fear for the future of the human race.

If this solution stops the flood of photoshopped screenshots, but also alienates 90% of the users, then so be it.

Well so far its just a first major release I'm sure he'll make some sort of website embedded version for Rankosaurus or something like a Add-on.

OK, it's your web site, but this seems like a nonsensical choice given the various computer environments your users work and play on.

You can read more about what Rankosaurus is, and why we're switching to it in this thread.

If you have any questions about Rankosaurus, please first read the Rankasaurus FAQ.

If you're having technical problems, please post them in the forums (Bugs and Technical Support, or either of the above threads would be a good place). Only post here on DYOG if you have a general comment.
