WOW
...and then microsoft is also making that new surface thing (which is just crazyass technology) along with this...i don't think global warming will kill us, probably mass microsoft robot technology will
I agree, this is revolutionary. I think saying it is boring, no offense, shows either a lack of imagination, or a lack of understanding of the big picture.
3D spatial mapping of cities using existing data and images is also pretty powerful. You could literally walk through down the streets of New York or Paris on your computer thanks to this program. Sure, it would smell like your stinking office but you could at least see the fresh baguettes and cheese.
I can see it being used in micro surgery and nano technologies. Also, recall that it wasn't all about photos, there was text in there too. An entire library could be accessed in this smooth and entirely fast way. You do remember books don't you?
yadda yadda yadda, BOOOOOOORING!
Just watched it again with a coworker. After about 30 minutes of discussion, we've concluded that it will totally be revolutionary.
That's tight.
I would get the demo, but I'm afraid this would be one of the things that i play around with for a few days then forget about it and have it wind up being a waste of space, and I don't own a camera or care about fancy stuff :P
Amazing....absolutely amazing!
mind... blowing up from too much data!!!!!
My brain, it goes mushy
indeed, wow.
Wow.
