This guy is just nuts...most people NOW wouldn't even bother doing a thing like this. But then again, there aren't many tightrope walkers.
I think French fries are already being phased out. A restaurant I went to recently literally had a choice between French fries and American fries.
It should be clear from the title that those dirty Frenchmen are up to no good again, tight-rope walking our tallest buildings and exposing themselves.

It's in black and white and the guy casually does tricks between the WTCs. Something about a crossbow... he gets arrested and the cop is very impressed by his performance, regardless of the fact he is handcuffed to a chair right in front of him.
