theres a glitch click right press play there should be a dead guy on the floor and also a person walking when you hit him both people fly into the air do the same 5 times and the people walking and laying down dead hit them you hit 10 people in total.

bluerocker, I believe you about your really high score because it just happened to me. I don't know how I did it, but I got a score of 733,391 feet. It did the same thing: no signs, no snow, and only told me what the score was after the body stopped moving.

The high score list is taken down for this game but people still have medals for it.
I'm running Firefox 2.0.0.4. so you can count it out as the 'glitch' (not a trick) appeared in it's environment.
Ahh, but here's a suggestion... leave up the scores that were done with Opera browser. The trick works with Internet Explorer but not with Opera. (Sorry, don't have Firefox installed and no Mac to test Safari so I can't report on those. Anyone else?)
Prior to reading the post about that trick, I had been doing all my scores with Opera, so they're definitely legit. (Version 9.20, just in case someone made the trick work with a different version.)

I tried out the cheat legor described, and even without dual monitors it's really easy to get very high scores. So yeah, looks like the best thing to do is to take the leaderboard down. Sorry about that guys...
No, he's just using it wrong. With a dual-screen setup, you shrink the browser window until you can only see the game, and drag the window to the upper right-hand corner of the right side monitor. When you click and pull on the hinge, bring the mouse to the lower left-hand corner of the left side monitor and right-click. Then when it's time to hit the guy, click on the upper right-hand corner of the game. Presto- ridiculous high score with no skill involved.
I still think the best course of action would be to remove the scoreboard.
I dunno, I'm using dual monitors, both at 1280x1024 and 26K is the highest I can hit. (so far.)

bluerocker's right about the game's mechanics- a higher screen resolution means you can achieve a higher score. I've verified this as well, with my 1280x1024 LCD, and my brother's 1920x1200 display. My posted score was with the bigger monitor.
Perhaps the entire scoreboard should be removed, as the scores are now correlated with the player's monitor setup, rather than with the player's own skill at the game.
OK...this looks pretty bad after I posted that last comment, I played the game for another 20 min or so and ended up getting another 'far out there' score. 695617 is the real score.
Is it a bug, probably. Is it real, yep. Only my dog Oakley to prove it though.
How did I get it? I run dual monitors so I stretched the playing window over both. I grabbed the hinge and ran it as far to the left as possible then ran it all across both monitors as fast as I could. After the man took off, the measuring signs disappeared for about 10 seconds until the body came crashing down, bounced a couple and put up that score.
I'd suggest that more of you try it that way and if you get a ridiculously high score like myself or lost, post it. I really isn't our fault that we managed to hit a bug in the game. Take advantage of it and try to beat it...legally.
I think if it is witnessed by Iceman, let it stay. However...if this off line witnessing happens more often, cut them all loose.

That was creepy, I submit my score, and the next guy up from me has the exact same last 3 digits for his score. O_o
remove it. theres no way someone can get a score 28x the next highest without it being a bug.
I'm leaning towards removing that top score (the one that is almost 700,000) since it is almost certainly because of a bug in the game. But I'm open to being talked out of it if people feel it should stay.

seriously? print screen, it's a widely disregarded function of every keyboard since the commodore...just hit print screen, or ctrl+printscreen in my case, and the past into paint, save as a png and voila, we all get to see the terrible things you have on your desktop..oh..and your score too.
My arm hurts now from jerkin the mouse to hit that little sucker. Kind of hit a wall. Hit 3 over 15k, lots from 10-13k. That'll be okay until the cheaters with the scripts show up.
