The Tourettes Guy’s psychiatrist puts a giant 4ft. tall statue of a blue M&M next to his bed to see how a person with Tourette’s Syndrome would react if they woke up and saw a giant blue M&M in-front of their bed.

I'm actually pretty sure that if this happened to me my reaction would be pretty similar. A couple of WTF's, punctuated with several "sons of bitches" and "bastards", directed at no-one in particular.
Then I'd probably go back to bed, and hope it would just disappear when I woke up. :P
