Pew pew those bullets with maximum efficiencey and destroy 250 enemy ships to earn this achievement.

Try to trigger massive chain reactions and destroy as many enemy ships as you can with 10 bullets. Use the spacebar or mouse click to shoot.

    As it happens, I got a high enough score to get 4th place. You know how? Luck. Shooting what looked likely. Unless you analyse the probabilities of ships appearing at certain points on the screen at certain times, that's the only way to do it.
